Jax-RS Static property error

My project builds on the CI / CD pipeline. I am using Jax-RS Analyzer Maven
Plugin 0.17 with Swagger as the backend. 

My build is unstable and it throws Static Property Error mentioning my
various modules

Error Message: Could not access Static Property 

for various modules. Please guide.
