Write MiNiFi overview that explains an overview the MiNiFi workflow, and where to get information about each part, including links to relevant NiFi docs.

Basic workflow is:  
- Set up NiFi
   - Configure S2S
- Set up MiNiFi
- Create a dataflow in NiFi
- Export as template
- Use the MiNiFi toolkit
