Precondition:
Deploy cluster with default settings and all services.

*Filter Does not work for all clients components, for all services*
STR: (As example Yarn)
1) Go on Services->Yarn->configs tab
2) Click Mange config group
3) Create Config group
4) Click add host to new config group ('Select Configuration Group Hosts' page will open)
5)Set components filter: Yarn Client

Expected result:
Filter works. Shows hosts with Yarn Clients

Actual result:
Filter does not work. Hosts does not showed with Yarn Clients
