Christine Li is now an Apache Xalan PMC member

Recently I recommended the nomination of Christine Li to become a new
Apache Xalan PMC (Project Management Committee) member.

That process has completed and Christine is now a member of
the Apache Xalan PMC.  Congratulations Christine!

Thanks go to Christine for her continuing contributions to Apache
Xalan.
