    Resolution: Cannot Reproduce

Can't reproduce on the latest 4.4 branch 5ee7bf1be0fbbdf13067d82e556d25da575955b1. All the vms get expunged successfully. 

Gaurav, please reopen the bug if you see it fails for some specific use case. Attach the log upon reopening it.
