Installation of TomCat for Windows 98

The Tomcat User's guide provides the procedure for binary installation.  I
used Windows NT at office and I know how to set the environment variables.
If I install Tomcat at a computer which runs Windows 98, how can I set the
environment variables?

Try this Tomcat loader.  Works 99.44% of the time.  Take a look:
