When this occurs the client is seeing "
Internal error processing waitForTableOperation".  On the server side we see the error message "Namespace in new table name does not match the old table name", but this does not make it back to the client in any way.  I think it should, but I am not sure how.  [~ctubbsii], how should this propagate back to the client?
