.NET 7.0 SDK is released [https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet/7.0]

 Add support for building and testing using NET 7 SDK as well.  Published class libraries will be still target netstandard2.0 and netstandard2.1, however published tools and executables (e.g. AvroGen) will traget . NET 7 as well.
