apache dosent install the  apache service and gives an error mesage wnen i try to manualy install it

when i installed apache 2.0.50 it didnt install the apache service i looked in
the online doc on how to manualy install it and i get this error mesage
i typed this :[ D:\Program Files\Apache Group\Apache2\bin>apache -k install  ]

it gave me this:[
(OS 10048)Only one usage of each socket address (protocol/network address/port)
is normally permitted.  : make_sock: could not bind to address    0.0.0.0:80
no listening sockets available, shutting down
Unable to open logs
]

this is the install log its the only log i found:[

Existing file D:/Program Files/Apache Group/Apache2/conf/mime.types preserved
Successfully removed D:\Program Files\Apache Group\Apache2\conf\InstallConf.awk

i am running windows xp pro service pack 1 i tryed disabling norton antivirus
2004 and it didint help
