With STANBOL-1000 the commons.solr modules now support to load Solr analyzers via the OSGI service registry. Whit this change it is now important that commons.solr.extras.** modules are started before schema.xml files referring those analyzers are parsed.

For that some start levels in the bundle lists need to be adapted.
