密码管理服务无法生效

按照官方指导文档

我通过centos 6.3 的 ISO 生成一个instance A  . 然后在 按照上面官方文档... copy cloud-set-guest-password  到/etc/init.d/下.并且增加+x的权限 

然后 通过instance A  的快照 制作成一个 模板.. 通过模版生成 instance B ，系统会随机给一个密码.. 但是事实上密码是无效的.. 

请问这个密码服务需要另外再配置哪些内容..
