DocNo ?

Hi,

 I've a little bit confused about what docNo represents.
 Supose I have three segments: 111, 222 and 333.
 111 has 10 pages, 22 has 12 and 333 has 13.

 The 13th page at 333 has docNo = 13 or docNo = 10+12+13 = 35?
