[I] [Bug]: Regression - Move Files Do Nothing if destination file exists (hop)

   ### What happened?
   
   In Hop 2.16.0, setting "If destination files exists" to "Do Nothing" in the action "Move Files", if the file existed, the action would simply skip to the next action.  In 2.18.1, it fails without an error, just a:
   
   Finished action [Move files] (result=[false])
   
   Updating the Action to "Overwrite destination" is a workaround in my instance but "Do Nothing" should still be a working option.

   In 2.16.0 the Move Files Action has the following value:
   
   <iffileexists>do_nothing</iffileexists>
   
   In 2.18.1 the value has changed to:
   
   <iffileexists>0</iffileexists>
   
   Unless you resave your workflow, this change doesn't get updated.
