[jira] [Created] (NETBEANS-3988) Error trying to acces network folders when no internet connection.

P Drijk created NETBEANS-3988:
---------------------------------

             Summary: Error trying to acces network folders when no internet connection.
                 Key: NETBEANS-3988
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NETBEANS-3988
             Project: NetBeans
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: editor - Options
    Affects Versions: 11.2, 11.1, 11.3
         Environment: windows 10
            Reporter: P Drijk
         Attachments: Annotation 2020-03-10 101758.png

using TOOLS -> options and completing e.g. the properties for frameworks, a pop-up appears for filling out the path for a file.

I have several mapping for networkdrives.

When I fill out the pop-up and i'm not connected to internet, for each networkdrive that cannot be accessed, there are multiple appearances of an errormessage.

"The drive or networkconnection that the *shortcut ''* refers to is not available. ...."
 #  I aknowledge this issue, cos I know I'm off-line.
 #  It is irritating becourse it is happening for each networkdrive{color:#172b4d} 2 à 3 times.{color}

suggesting: replacing the message to notification center.
