Preparing to release maven-filtering and maven-resource-plugin

Hi,

In preparation for a release of maven-filtering and maven-resources-plugin,
I've gone through the open issues in JIRA and closed issues that were
fixed. Here's what's left:

maven-filtering

maven-resources-plugin

MRESOURCES-254, looks like it's a works-as-designed.
MRESOURCES-263 will be handled during the release process.

Does anyone have the time and itch to work on any other outstanding issues
now? If so please raise your hand.
