According to the [JWK RFC|https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc7517#section-4.4], the "alg" property is optional on JWKs.  If not specified on the JWK, then the JWT must specify this property in its header. See the [JWT RFC|https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc7519#section-5] for details.

Update Impala so that the "alg" property is no longer required on the JWKs.
