i don't think the problem is an apache one. would need some more info, what
is the output of awstats? do you use awstats to rotate the logs, have any
other tool rotate the logs or just put everything in one big log? are the
database-files of awstats created correctly? perhaps try deleting the
awstats-databases and parse the log from beginning or so. have an exact look
at the stats, when exactly did the error start? look in the log and try to
find lines that could confuse awstats, for example a bunch of lines which
doesn't have a valid timestamp, for example a time that is in the future or
so. you need to send more details if you want us to help you.

There are no error messsages. Like everything is looking OK, just no records for
the last two months.

try to run awstat manually, do you get any error? if it was unable to rad
the logs, there should be an errormessage. does it say anything about
dropped records?
