Response Assertion does not handle encoding

Summary: Response Assertion does not handle encoding
           Product: JMeter
           Version: 1.9.1
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: HTTP
        AssignedTo: jmeter-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: anders@blaagaard.net

Seem that when the response is not UTF-8 encoded,
my assertions will fail if they contain non-ascii characters.

The response handling should get the charset from the Content-Type header.
Content-Type: text/html;charset=ISO-8859-1
