   Problem:  
   Spark plan picks up the catalog table stats in case of relookup  of relation in case of modification time is updated.
   
   Solution: 
   Even in case of relookup of relation set the stats to none.
   
   Be sure to do all of the following checklist to help us incorporate

    - [ ] Document update required?
   
    - [ ] Testing done
