today's treat

Howdy,

JFYI, today I got a build working that uses recursive inheritance and
transitive deps thanks to Michal's awesome work on Wagon and the
artifact handling code. I used the relatively small plexus-tools build
as a test and the POMs pretty much dropped to a fraction of their size.
A very good day!
