   Thanks @adutra  I've pushed the update.
   
   The Algorithm and ``JWTVerifie`r` are now created once per realm and reused for all requests, instead of being rebuilt every time. Since the only difference between the two broker implementations was how the Algorithm was created, I merged them into a single JWTBroker class.
   
   Also, file-based symmetric secrets are now loaded once per realm on first use and then reused, as discussed.
