Automatically trim whitespaces (both leading and trailing) for:
* Database Host in Oozie and Hive
* Database Name in Oozie and Hive
* Database URL in Oozie and Hive
* All directories, including log dir, pid dir,data dir, etc (I believe we already trim, split, and join for the UI config type "directories".  We should trim on the single-line directory values, if we are not doing so already). 

Automatically trim all trailing spaces (but not leading spaces) for all config values with the following exceptions:
* Password fields
* Values that consist of spaces only (such as " ")
