roadmap ideas

Hi All,

I took the liberty to add a list of roadmap ideas in markdown format on the
develop branch, see [1].
Please feel free to add ideas to this list by committing, creating pull
request on GitHub or by use of this mailing list.

I would like to use this list of roadmap ideas as a discussion starting
point for Celix next release(s).
Any thoughts and/or comments are welcome.
