The USE_CDP_HIVE=true configuration is currently not tested by the gerrit-verify-dryrun job beyond a build in all-build-options-ub1604. The configuration has reached a level of stability that tests should regularly pass. We regularly do active development on this configuration, so it is important not to break it.

We should add some more in-depth testing of USE_CDP_HIVE=true in our precommit tests.
