Subant: can't override basedir in subproject

Hi,  I am building a project using subant, and need to set 
inheritall=true.  I can't override the  basedir in the sub-projects 
though.

Here's a test snippet.   Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks, 
Suzanne.

C:\>type test\build.xml

<?xml version="1.0"?>
<project name="bla" default="">
     <target name="testit">
         <subant target="" antfile="comp-build.xml" inheritall="true">
             <dirset dir="./build/" includes="test*"/>
         </subant>
     </target>
</project>

C:\>type test\build\test\comp-build.xml

<?xml version="1.0"?>
<project name="test" default="" basedir="/test/build/test">
     <echo message="base dir is ${basedir}"/>
</project

C:\test>ant testit
Buildfile: build.xml

testit:
      [echo] base dir is C:\test

C:\test\build\test>ant -f comp-build.xml
Buildfile: comp-build.xml
      [echo] base dir is C:\test\build\test
