What exactly are we looking for? A page similar to [https://camel.apache.org/camel-quarkus/latest/list-of-camel-quarkus-extensions.html|https://camel.apache.org/camel-quarkus/latest/list-of-camel-quarkus-extensions.html?] for karaf and spring boot etc? Or do we want one page which lists all the components and has labels for all runtimes that it supports?
