[Bug 57782] New: After restarting tomcat the .java file is not getting created in catalina proxytemp folder.

https://bz.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=57782

            Bug ID: 57782
Summary: After restarting tomcat the .java file is not getting
                    created in catalina proxytemp folder.
           Product: Tomcat 7
           Version: unspecified
          Hardware: PC
            Status: NEW
          Severity: critical
          Priority: P2
         Component: Catalina
          Assignee: dev@tomcat.apache.org
          Reporter: arpitarora3000@gmail.com

Created attachment 32625
  --> https://bz.apache.org/bugzilla/attachment.cgi?id=32625&action=edit
The screenshot shows where the file shoul be getting created but it is not
there.

After restarting tomcat the .java file is not getting created in "D:\Program
Files (x86)\SAP
BusinessObjects\tomcat\work\Catalina\localhost\BOE\proxytemp\InfoView\org\apache\jsp"
folder and along with that also in "D:\Program Files (x86)\SAP
BusinessObjects\tomcat\work\Catalina\localhost\BOE\proxytemp\OpenDocument\org\apache\jsp\opendoc"
and it may be that for other applications also. I made some changes in
production server and then restarted tomcat server after clearing the cache.
But after restarting tomcat the .java file is not getting created and it may be
the reason that the changes are not getting reflected because of that. Kindly
look into this with priority as the business is getting affected as no
customized functionality can be restored back.

We have a contract with SAP for support but the issue is there for Apache
tomcat server so I think you should be providing a solution for this.

Bugzilla is not a support forum. Please use the User's mailing list. If you
have a support contract with SAP you may wish to contact them.
