    ## EC2 add ex_rename_node function, add size metadata 
    
    ### Description
    
    - add virtualizationTypes as size extra for sizes (can be 'paravirtual', 'hvm', or both). This is helpful in order to specify if a HVM or PV image can be deployed at a size
    
    - adds size hi1.4xlarge
    - add function ex_rename_node for renaming a node
    
    ### Status
    
    done, ready for review
