sorry, I fixed the download page a while back but ran into permission issues and lost track of my todo list after that.

Things should finally look correct now - I needed to change a blog entry and regenerate the site.  One thing is missing right now, the KEYS file in the dist area, but that will be taken care of by INFRA-7305.
