#define FD_SET

I was playing around with the different mods and I tried installing
the cookies mod, and I got a ton of errors.  (this is .8.10 w/o patches).

Most of the errors were related to FD_SET, I checked, we just seem
to define this variable, but not use it. 

What is it?
