Actually I was thinking that we can leverage just one copy of setup-env-*.sh for two series of OS distro we support: RHEL and DEB.
So my original idea is to rename the two file as the following:
{code}
setup-env-centos.sh --> setup-env-RHEL.sh
setup-env-debian.sh --> setup-env-DEB.sh
{code} 

Then we don't need to maintain the duplicate code. What do you think?
However, the dockerfile and vagrantconfig template is good in the patch. :)
