Hi Leo,

I've applied your patch for upgrading version of Bounce Castle provider at r488123. However I've not applied patch for the test. I'm not quite sure that we should test functionality that provided by 'security provider'. I'm going to collect all similar issues and raise this question on harmony-dev.
