EIK compilation problems

Hi 
I have tried to compile the latest version from the EIK repository. Have you 
noticed that it does not compile? I have to note that I've tried it on a 
clean system. So if it compiles for you - you might have to clean m2 repo to 
reproduce this. 
It would be nice if you can fix that.

Hi Markus,

thanks for the update. I changed the platform to be compliant with 
Eclipse Luna, it may be related.

I will take a look asap.
