### Steps to reproduce
x轴的数据为：['周一', '周二', '周三', '周四', '周五']
y轴的数据为一组时间字符串： ['08:27', '08:15', '08:45', '08:10', '08:29']
我想要做成一个折线图，如果yAxis的type设置为category，则显示是一条递增直线，y轴数据错乱
将y轴数据线转换成数值再使用formatter转回HH:mm形式的字符串
1、如果yAxis的type设置为value，数值显示正确，但是折线过于集中在一个数据段，yAxis的label中出现很多不必要的数据
2、如果yAxis的type设置为time，图像显示比较正常，但是y轴label消失
### What is expected?
y轴数据显示正常，范围和刻度数也正常，比如这里y轴数据为['08:27', '08:15', '08:45', '08:10', '08:29']，那么希望y轴label大致为[07:30,08:00,08:30,09:00,09:30]均匀显示形式
