Asking again: Portal framework login issue

I succeeded in changing the authentication resource for the 2.1.4 portal
framework to use a table in a MySQL database.

However, another problem appeared. I log in as "guest" and then log out.

Then, I log in as "cocoon" (admin) and get the admin screen (just using the
demo content for now), then log out.

Here is the problem: If I now log in as "guest" (non-admin) again, I get the
admin screen (content).

Repeated logins eventually result in the message: "You are already logged
in. Please log out first or use your current login."

In hopes of getting a clue what is causing this, I built a Cocoon 2.1.5
instance (because I wanted to see Bertrand's "Supersonic block" if I was
going to the trouble of building again) and tried the portal framework demo.

Same issue.

First, what is causing this? Second, what to do about it?

TIA

You might report this on the dev list.

As this is controlled by the Disposition-Notification-To header (IIUC) can ezmlm
be configured to strip this off all messages before relaying to the list? I
hate these things too, but know that some people use them for most business
communication and probably can't pick settings per-email.

No problem Tony!

A good way to "invite" people to disable this option is for everybody to
send the return receipt. I'm sure receiving several hundreds of
confirmations will make them run to their mailer preferences to disable
the feature ;-)

[Heads-Up] List Etiquette & Return Recipts (Was: Re: Asking again Portal framework login issue)

This is a just general FYI for anyone who posts to the user and -dev lists:

*Please un-set the option which causes your mail client to request a
return receipt!*

Return receipts are generally not useful, especially when the message
you are sending likely gets read by thousands of people.

Additionally, they usually cause the recipient's mail client to open a
dialogue box asking whether they want to send a return receipt. Highly
annoying!!

Thanks for your time,

Tony, hoping he did not sound too angry

I got the same problem with coccon 2.1.5 in examples provided
(http://10.1.1.2:8080/cocoon/samples/blocks/portal-fw/sunspotdemoportal).
If I repeat the sequence login logout, after 3 ou 4 times, it give me that
that message too.
