Overwrite Apache Wookie properties files

Hello!

In OMELETTE project we are trying to install and deploy Rave following 
the instructions in here:

http://rave.apache.org/source.html

That is, checking out the last version of Rave via subversion. 
Installation and execution is done with Maven.

It's possible to customize the host configuration, overwriting 
rave-portal's portal.properties and rave-shindig.properties. This is 
done in pom.xml at rave-portal. It would be nice to set system 
properties in the container to overwrite also Apache Wookie's main 
properties files in pom.xml.
