Nightly Build Question

I just brought the recent nightly build (may 02) and it looks like all of
the JSTL, Struts-EL, etc. parts are missing.  Have these been moved out to
another download?  or has something gone horribly wrong with the build?

There were some wrinkles in the build.xml file for struts-el that messed
this up.  They have been fixed as of the 20030504 nightly build tonight.
