spec/sca-api-r1.0 module in sca-java-integration branch has been updated

Hi,

I have merged the latest SCA 1.0 APIs from trunk to sca-java-integration 
branch and adjusted most (if not all) the references. The stable profile is 
built successfully with the changes. You might want to update your workspace 
from SVN to avoid conflicts.
