translate the timezon.xml

Hello,
OM - 2.2

   1. how can i translate the language timzone.xml file to a new lang?
   2. sending invitation in arab lang makes the message subject appearing
    -"conference:??? ???? ???? ????? ????? 25.02.2014 21:00:00 AFT "

timezone.xml file should not be translated
to fix message subject you need to set correct locale in the system or use
latest OM
