[HEADS UP] Maven 3.9.8 is scheduled for release (mvnd m39 will wait for it)

Howdy,

Just a quick heads up:

Maven 3.9.8 release will happen soon(ish) with some important bug fixes and
improvements that were discovered since 3.9.7. See scheduled issues:
https://issues.apache.org/jira/issues/?jql=project%20%3D%20MNG%20AND%20fixVersion%20%3D%203.9.8

Maven mvnd m39 was prepped with 3.9.7, but will wait for 3.9.8 to pick up
the latest Sisu and other fixes.

As usual, if anyone has anything to add, please let me know.

Thanks
T
