FORM submission failing

HI,
Im recording using http proxy.
i recorded, login, search and form submission/update and log off page.
the scripts were added to the test plan as expected
i tried to run the test now.
it logged on, searched, but edit function not working properly
got a message on the webpage (in jmeter) - There was an Error with the
information you provided
- This Client has already been updated. Please Reload this page and start the
update process again
the form page was also displayed.
the samething worked fine on browser directly.
what could be the problem.
logon and logoff is working fine.
FYI - the url of the formpage is www.x.com/?
