I thought we had stopped adding issues to 1.3.5? Will it ever be

I don't think they are critical though. I'll move them to 1.4.0. :)

Unless they are critical to 1.3.x reaching GA, I'd say yes. It's not  
really my call as I've not been doing a lot of work lately, but I  
think that was what was agreed previously...
