java.lang.ClassCastException exception thrown with message: 
org.apache.commons.cactus.server.HttpServletRequestWrapper

When called outside of the Cactus framework, the code executes without an 
exception. to Using WebLogic 5.1 and Cactus beta 2, any time I execute the 
code "req.getRequestDispatcher( "somevalid.jsp" ).forward( req, res )", I get 
the following exception:
java.lang.ClassCastException exception thrown with message: 
org.apache.commons.cactus.server.HttpServletRequestWrapper

When called outside of the Cactus framework, the code executes without an 
exception.
