Couple of minor problems in xerces-c.spec. Source0: path is set to 
$%{name}-src%{tarversion}.tar.gz, but file name in the download directory is 
xerces-c-src_2_0_3.tar.gz. %setup, export XERCESROOT (%build) and export
XERCESROOT (%install) paths are similarly misconfigured. I edited the .spec file
to reflect the actual file name in the download directory --

$%{name}-src_%{tarversion}.tar.gz 

and that fixed the problem.

Also, the latest entry under %changelog causes an rpmbuild "bad date" error
unless you edit Fri March 14 to Fri Mar 14.
