Quarks CCLA from IBM
I'm starting a new thread on this topic, to keep it focused on this legal
task. The old thread where this discussion started is at
http://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/incubator-quarks-dev/201603.mbox/browser
.

I will post when I have successfully submitted the CCLA from IBM and
received confirmation it was received. It looks like we will need to wait
to check in code until I post that this is done.

Github repository have already completed ICLAs, but I encourage anyone who
has not done that yet, to do so.

Thanks Kathy.
I'll work on uploading the code early next week. I'll need to create a tag on the github repo the code is coming from.
Hopefully there won't any merge requests outstanding sometime on Monday/Tuesday, so that I can start that process.
Dan.

I submitted the CCLA to Apache and received a response this morning that it
was received and filed in the Apache Software Foundation records.
