1.1 clients

BTW, "URL-Minder/2.3" has been sending my servers requests marked "1.1".

Also, "Mozilla/3.01 (X11; I; SunOS 5.5.1 sun4m)" from "ns.westhawk.nl" sent
some 1.1 requests. Hmm.

I noticed that here, too.  I looked into it and found that it is built
on w3c's libwww-5.0a.
