According to misc/perf-tuning.html it is not a good idea to use sysvmem
for AcceptMutex, but this seems to be the default that is used 
in Apache httpd 1.3.24 (and less).  Should it be that way?

(I know how to change the value in the .conf file.  I was just pointing out a
potential inconsistency between the documentation and the actual behavior, in
case it was interesting to anyone.)
