Hi Gavin,

I finally found some time to put together a new frontpage theme for
http://blogs.apache.org.

I have attached the new ASF Frontpage Theme and a new version of the
ASF Theme that its based on.

The new frontpage theme has these features:
- Shows aggregated posts of whole site with a short HTML-free excerpt for each
- Shows pinned entries at the top of the front page, with full HTML
and not exerpted
- Supports individual entries on the front page
- Better formatting on search page

I fixed the formatting of comments and the search page for both themes.

Please take a look and let me know what you think. I'd be happy to do
a couple round of changes/fixes to make things look better or to
add/subtract content.
