This Patch allows to generate enclosed named-items without setting the 'child-
tag-name' parameter. The parameter 'show-all-nav' forces that the enclosed 
named-items are rendered (without content) and the parameter 'include-
selected' allows to output the enclosed named-items of the selected named-item 
too. If only the 'child-tag-name' parameter is set the behavior of the class 
should be as it was before.
