   An user tried to deploy Apache DevLake with `k8s-deploy.yaml` to a k8s cluster, however, he got stuck when trying out Team Feature because we required uploading CSV file by accessing `api` directly, and there wasn't any pointer to show that he could access `devlake api` via `http://config-ui/api`
